When the mind feels foggy - deadlines, emails, the endless to-do list - the best reset is nature. I took a sea swim at Loe Beach this morning; calm water and the sea all to myself. Afterwards, as I warmed up with a cup of tea, the sun peeked through the clouds. Absolutely gorgeous.![]()

Breakfast club takes place EVERY morning at St John’s Church Hall on Strangways terrace from 7.30am - 8.30am. ![]()

Completely run by volunteers and with mornings getting dark it must be hard for those out in cold to get themselves up and out which may account for the reduction in numbers. ![]()
