Community Together in Cornwall is offering Well-Being sessions at the Truro Half Marathon event on Sunday 15th September for all half marathon runners, family and visitors starting from 9.30am to 12.30pm ( last session midday)
The de-stress pranic healing energy sessions last 10-15 minutes, are non-touch and will help relieve stress and tension and give you a little bit of ‘you’ time. Come along and try out a session.
Only a limited number of slots available and booking is preferable.
The sessions will take place on Lemon Quay. Please CLICK THIS LINK to book your slot. If the slot is double-booked, you will be offered an alternative time.
I will be running a Pranic Healing clinic at The Nook in Perranporth on: Tuesdays 17th, 24th and 31st September for full treatment sessions. This is donation only and suggested amount is £15.
Also at Shortlanesend Village Hall I hold on 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month next session is on 18th September from 4.45pm and meditation at 6.45pm
