Children’s Wellbeing and Relaxation Classes
I am excited to be holding wellbeing and stillness classes for children ages 6 -12 to help these beautiful souls to deal with every day life, at school and home.
These are fun and relaxed sessions to help children handle emotions such as worry, anxiety, anger and the ability to get a good night’s sleep…
New Dates 2024
Wednesday
1st May
5th and 19th June
3rd and 17th July
4th and 18th September
2nd and 16th October
6th and 20th November
4th and 18th December
Currently there is one class for children ages between 6 – 12 years and parents are requested to stay and join in. Please bring a mat and something to keep warm during the stillness session.
If you have children between 12 and 17 years who are interested in a session, please contact me and if enough demand another class will be formed.
Please arrive from 5.25pm.
Each week:
In each class I will share simple breathing and exercise techniques that children can do daily. A short stillness meditation by Les Flitcroft – Senior Pranic Healer that help the children to relax and unwind, and help to promote a happier and more focussed child.

To book your child’s place please fill out the form below and acceptance will be confirmed once payment has been paid.
The cost is £6 per session or £20 if booking for four sessions.
